  • ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, “you”, or “your”) and Bansil Enterprises LLC DBA Silo Safety Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website located at silosafety.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of first aid kits, individual medical supplies, and related products (collectively, “Products”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Site. By completing a
    purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent, and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

 

  • MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF USE                                             2.1 Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Care
    THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE COMPANY ARE INTENDED AS SUPPLEMENTAL FIRST AID TOOLS FOR MINOR INJURIES AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ONLY. THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION, AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.                       

    For any serious injury, medical emergency, or condition requiring professional attention, you should immediately seek the assistance of qualified emergency services (911 in the United States) or a licensed medical professional.
    2.2 User Responsibility
    The Company makes no representation that any Product included in our kits or sold individually is appropriate, suitable, or sufficient for any particular first aid situation. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to:
    • Inspect all Products upon receipt for completeness and integrity
    • Verify that Products meet applicable workplace, regulatory, or personal requirements
    • Monitor Product expiration dates and replace expired items promptly
    • Ensure appropriate persons are trained in basic first aid procedures
    • Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations regarding first aid
    equipment

 

  • PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS, AND AVAILABILITY                                             3.1 Product Information
    We endeavor to display accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all Products. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors and appearances of Products may vary from those shown on screen due to monitor settings and manufacturing tolerances.
    3.2 Product Contents
    The contents of pre-assembled first aid kits are described as accurately as possible at the time of listing. The
    Company reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when a listed component is temporarily
    unavailable, provided such substitution does not materially diminish the overall utility of the kit.
    3.3 Regulatory Compliance
    Certain Products may be subject to regulation under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”), or equivalent international regulatory bodies. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify compliance with any industry-specific, workplace, or jurisdictional requirements.
    3.4 Availability
    All Products are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to discontinue any Product at any time without notice. In the event a Product becomes unavailable after order placement, the Company will notify you and
    offer a substitution, store credit, or full refund at your election.

 

  • ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

     

    4.1 Order Acceptance

    Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is not formed until the Company issues an order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders where: (a) there is an error in Product description or pricing; (b) we suspect fraudulent activity; (c) the order violates any applicable law or regulation; or (d) inventory is insufficient.
    4.2 Pricing
    All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for pricing
    errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
    4.3 Taxes and Duties
    Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, VAT, import duties, customs fees, and other governmental charges. For international orders, the Customer is solely responsible for compliance with the import laws of the destination country and for payment of all associated duties and taxes.
    4.4 Payment
    Payment must be received in full prior to shipment. By providing
    payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

  • LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS
    5.1 Limited Warranty
    The Company warrants that Products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period
    of 90 days from the date of delivery, under normal use and storage conditions. This limited warranty does not
    cover:
    • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
    • Expired items (Customer is responsible for monitoring expiration dates)
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by accident or external causes
    • Products modified or tampered with by persons other than authorized Company personnel
    5.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
    EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN SECTION 7.1, THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
